Purcell Tire and Service Centers

We were traveling through the area from out of town and needed tire service that was fast. We found it with Purcell Tire and Service. The parking lot was a great size as we were hauling a long trailer. They were able to find and repair the issues with the trailer and truck tires. They were quick and efficient with a great price too! We’ll definitely recommend them to our friends! Thanks to Andrew and Kenan!

I used to come here for a few years, quick reliable service. As a woman, I’d catch their lady days for a discount. Same car, no tricks, I’d usually show up at the same time. The front counter gentleman, always pleasant, rarely needed me to check in cause he already knew what I was here for and always asked if I needed anything else. Oil changes mostly, a tire every now and then. I had to stop coming awhile back maybe some odd months now, because they weren’t being as reliable and no more excellent service. My last time there was for an oil change, and few days later I went to my husband cause something was wrong with my car. *no oil* He checked it, and there was nothing but smoke. No oil change had been done, no new filter. No leaks on car, I park in the same spot consistently no puddles or stains. They had taken my money and time for services not received. I stopped going there, my husband started doing them for me in his busy schedule, because he was worried I’d get stranded somewhere with a blown engine.

Kenan Plunk goes above and beyond to help the customer. He is friendly and very knowledgeable about the business. I absolutely will not take my vehicles anywhere else. Very kind and considerate. Even made coffee for us.

Used to be a place with great service. Their service has degraded so much I had to change my review to one star. A simple 15 minute or less patch of a tire that is not mounted on a rim was denied at 420 in the afternoon and it would have had to wait til morning. I’ll never use this location again

10 months later and 11k miles after 4 tires and an alignment that they billed me for parts they never installed, left all the lug nuts loose, broke the hood release, and fought me every step of the way. Now the inside of the front tires are bald with feathered tire wear I am told everything is perfectly fine. Here's what your hard earned money gets everyone..
